Periwal Polymers has an installed production capacity of 15,000 MT per annum for customised PVC compounds consisting of various compounding techniques such as Twin-screw extruders, Kneader-extruders and Single screw extruders. The process is controlled through the latest PLC systems and other advanced controls. Moreover, PVC resin, available from Reliance Industries, DCM Shriram & Imports, gives an added advantage in customising the compound.
The bagging line ensures practically no variation in packing quantities and no intermixing and contamination. Encompassing the latest manufacturing methodologies, this futuristic facility provides a suitable base for the products and performance in the national and international markets
