PP-VIN-PFR55 is a FRLS compound designed to minimize emission of smoke and toxic gases. It is a Type-A compound for insulation application. PP-VIN-PFR55 is formulated with a premium quality resin,plasticizer, stabilizer, and other additives.

*Test specimen made after milling the granules and then in compression mold at 165 0C for 10 minwith 200kg/cm2 hydraulic pressure.
PP-VIN-PFR55 can be processed on extrusion machine at temperature in the range of 1600C- 1800C. This is the guideline temperature range; actual temperature should be optimized by the user depending upon the other processing variables. The screw must have a good homogenizing capacity. For better results pre-drying of granules is recommended @ 70 ± 50C for approximately 15-20 minutes.
